Course Information
All classes are of 30 minute duration, and no more than 8 children per class. Courses normally run for 12 weeks during term time.

Adult and Baby/Toddler Lessons:
These are water confidence classes for babies/toddlers from 4 months plus, in a warm, safe and friendly environment, with qualified A.S.A. teachers accompanying both you and your child in the water. The classes are fun and lively, and use a mixture of toys, nursery rhymes and games, which all help in your child's development.
Pre-School Lessons
For children aged from 3 years. Your child is accompanied in the water by a qualified A.S.A. teacher while you watch from the pool-side. The lessons are structured with the aid of toys, games and songs.
Beginners
For children aged from 4 years and above and who cannot swim without the use of buoyancy aids. Water Assistants accompany your child to give confidence and help the child/teacher.
Improver 1
For children who can swim 5 meters on both their front and back without the use of the buoyancy aids. Water Assistants accompany your child to give confidence and help the child/teacher.
Improver 2
For children who can swim good backstroke arm recovery over water and front crawl with extended front paddle. Water Assistants accompany your child to give confidence and help the child/teacher.
Improver 3
For children who can swim front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke in deep water.
Improver 4
For children who can swim all three strokes well. These lessons are to develop the strokes and stamina even further.
Lane coaching
For children who have a good style in all three strokes and are able to dive.
Rookie Lifesaving
Children must be aged 8 years plus and be good swimmers to join this class. Children will be taught survival techniques.
Waterpolo
Children must be aged 8 years plus and be in Improver 4 or above to join this class.
Adult Classes
We hold lessons for beginners, improvers and lane swimming.

We guarantee your space termly
Enrolment for the following term will take place for one week only, approximately three weeks before the end of the current course, during your child's/children's lesson. At the end of enrolment week should you have not reserved your space then it will be presumed it is no longer required and offered to existing or new clients.
